1. Cancellation policy for consumers for a contract where the goods are delivered in a single delivery

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to his or her commercial nor his or her independent professional activity.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods. You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us promptly and in any event no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer; for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded; for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence; for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
for the supply of sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if their seal has been removed after delivery; for the supply of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery; for the supply of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
(If you should exercise your right of withdrawal, e.g. because you have purchased a product by mistake, we can only take the product back if the DVD has not been opened and played and the hologram sticker seal is undamaged.)

Cancellation for DVDs, books and physical products
You can generally exercise your right of cancellation within fourteen days - even without giving reasons. However, the right of withdrawal expires if the DVD has already been opened and played or the seal has been removed or damaged. In such a case, the law has decided that the right of withdrawal expires for digital products because there is a technical possibility that you have made a copy of the product. If the product is demonstrably damaged or faulty, please contact us . We want you to have a 100% perfect and working product just as much as you do. We will then replace the DVD without any problems.
Revocation for digital download products
There is generally no right of cancellation for our download products after you have received the download links. This is because we cannot control whether you still have the download items. If we have sent you the wrong links, just contact us. However, as long as we have not yet processed the order and sent you the links, you can cancel the purchase without any problems. However, you must contact us here too.
