Das in Hamburg verlegte Musikmagazin hit erschien zwischen April 1968 und Juli 1970 in 28 Ausgaben. Zwar wurde für den 30. Juli 1970 eine weitere Ausgabe angekündigt; diese erschien jedoch nie. Bei heutiger Betrachtung ist hit durchaus ebenbürtig mit OK, Musik Parade und sogar mit BRAVO. Ein bunter Mix aus Pop- und Schlagermusik, Mode, Kosmetik, Aufklärung, Lebensberatung und Treffpunkt-Anzeigen begeisterte allmonatlich die Leserschaft. Diese Zusammenstellung enthält alle Ausgaben der Musikzeitschrift HIT, aus den Jahren 1968 bis einschließlich 1970 komplett und vollständig im PDF-Format zum Nachlesen.
