How many Winnetou star cutouts were there in BRAVO?

The stars of the Winnetou films were the subject of a BRAVO star cutout a total of five times. It started with the leading actor Pierre Brice , who was delivered to readers from issue 12 in 1964 to issue 34 in 1964 in 27 parts including a silver rifle. Chief Winnetou stood proudly on a rock and looked pensively into the distance over his Mescalero-Apache land.

Two issues later, Old Shatterhand Lex Barker started, his left fist on his hip, his right hand firmly gripping his Henry rifle - which could fire 25 times without reloading. With his index finger on the trigger, he was always ready to defend himself and his friends. Thanks to his rifle, the barrel of which alone took up three parts, Old Shatterhand managed to complete 30 parts by issue 10 in 1965.

Issues 28 to 43 from 1965 featured 18 parts of Winnetou's sister, Nscho-tschi , played by the French actress Marie Versini . Unfortunately, her face was a little too dark and her visible right hand was a little too reddish. Instead, her fringed costume shone in the original colors.

The 20th BRAVO star cutout was the fourth to be dedicated to the topic of Winnetou . In 18 parts, Piere Brice and Marie Versini as Winnetou and Nscho-tschi were placed together in portions on the wall. This time, the costume colors were also right. While the patterned stripes on Winnetou's clothing were recolored red and black in the first edition, they now shone in the original colors of red, blue and yellow on a white background. What was missing this time was the silver rifle. Instead, the Bowie knife, which hung richly decorated from his belt, was very clearly visible. Nscho-tschi sat next to him, one leg stretched out in front of him; both hands - almost seeking protection - wrapped around Winnetou 's right leg.

Winnetou fans had to wait until 1977 before Pierre Brice was delivered to their homes piece by piece for the third time. The occasion was the Karl May Games in Elspe / Sauerland , where the charming Frenchman played Winnetou himself. Physically a little fuller and obviously a little older, he still held his silver rifle tightly in both hands at the 60th BRAVO star cutout .
